Focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations is a good practice that will improve your wellbeing. ❂ RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE Use 4h at the beginning to prevent tunneling. Please trim the wick every time before using it to 4 mm. Use a wick trimmer or gently use your fingers to break the burnt part, you can use a napkin for this. Nail clippers can be used. Maintenance is key for any candle and cannot be skipped. It will allow you to use all the wax and release its scent properly. It will also prevent the jar from getting too warm, reduce flicking, sooting (smoking), and mushrooming but most importantly, it will be safer to use as the flame will be optimal. This shop won't be held responsible for the possible outcomes of misuse. So please maintain well your candle.
